Canpar bases shipping rates on a designated fixed pickup location. Generally, this is the location associated with your Canpar account. That means, no matter where you’re shipping from, the rate is calculated based on the address in your Canpar account settings.
Canpar does provide an option to bypass this rule with a Third-Party Collect Account. With this type of account you can change the address to different pickup locations based on postal code.
If you require a pickup location that is different from the one associated with your account, please contact Canpar to ensure that you are able to do so.
