You can set up most of the features in Automate Shipping Profiles in Setup Mode. To enable automation and take advantage of all the features, you must activate your account by selecting a Billing Plan.

Billing plans are based on the number of products in your product catalog.

While you’re in Setup Mode, a yellow banner will be displayed at the top of the app page, and some features such as Bulk Update will not be available.

Activate Your Account

  • Click the Select Billing Plan button in the yellow banner.
  • Or, click Billing in the main menu.

Notification Settings

  • If desired, enter a Secondary Contact Email address where notifications can be sent.

The Primary Contact Email is automatically imported from your Shopify account and cannot be changed within Automate Shipping Profiles. If you change the email address associated with your Shopify account, be sure to re-sync your Shop Settings in the app Settings page.

  • Click the Save Notification Settings button to save your email settings.

Select A Plan

  • Choose from one of the Pricing options.

Change Your Plan

If you find that your current Pricing plan no longer suits your requirements, you can switch to another plan at any time.

  • Click Billing in the main menu.
  • View your Current Plan details.
  • Select a lower tier plan or a higher tier plan depending on your new requirements.

If your current usage exceeds the limit of a lower tier plan, you will not be able to change to a lower plan.

If you reach your plan limit, automation will be suspended and you will receive a notification email at the Primary and Secondary Contact Email addresses. Once you change to a higher tier plan, automation will resume.
